Afterward works inside ChatGPT, Claude, Codex and other MCP-compatible assistants. Add it once, then ask your assistant to check any public website. No account or API key is needed.

ChatGPT

New to website audits in ChatGPT? See what Afterward checks and copy a starter prompt.

  1. Open the ChatGPT plugin directory and search for Afterward.
  2. If Afterward is available to your account, open its details and select the plus button to install it. Follow any connection prompts.
  3. In a new chat, type @, pick Afterward, and ask for a check.

If you do not see Afterward in the directory, you can connect its public server directly where custom MCP connections are available:

  1. In ChatGPT Plugins, select the plus button, then Add custom MCP server.
  2. Name it Afterward, paste the server URL above and select No authentication.
  3. Review the connection notice, choose Create as a plugin, then install it from your personal plugins.
  4. Start a new Work chat, type @, select Afterward and ask for a website audit.

Availability depends on your account and workspace settings; an admin may need to allow the connection. See OpenAI’s current connection guide.

Claude

  1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
  2. Name it Afterward and paste the URL above. Leave the authentication settings empty.
